My TOS

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Anything listed here can be subject to change if discussed with me or ill behavior is observed.If you fail to follow any of the rules provided in my TOS, I have the right to decline or cancel your commission at any time.

I. MAIN TERMSProvide clear references. VR Chat photos are an acceptable form of reference. If you do not have clear references, I will either deny your request or create your art via description (this WILL cost you extra).Commissions will be canceled if any harassment, racism, or ill behavior is involved.


II. PAYMENTAn estimated amount for your commission will be provided to you before I start working on your commission.This price is subject to change if you request for additional work not previously discussed.If I feel the price needs to be corrected due to unanticipated work, I will discuss a price change with you. Your commission will be halted until a new price is agreed upon. If you do not agree with the new price, your commission may be cancelled. I will NOT underprice or undervalue my work.I will provide a rough sketch of your request. Once this is approved by you, I will request half of the discussed payment. I will not continue to work on your commission until this is paid.Once your commission is finished, I will request for the other half of the discussed payment. Once I receive the other half of the payment, I will send you the completed commission.All commissions must be paid in full before receiving your finished commission.The currency accepted is USD through Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo. Paypal is highly preferred.


III. PROCESSA rough sketch will be provided to you as a base for approval. Once the base is approved (and you have paid half of the discussed price), I will not make any structural edits.Colors and shading may be changed after the base is complete for no additional cost.If any change(s) cause me to alter the base in any major way, additional charges will be added.


IV. CHANGES AFTER COMPLETIONAfter a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as any minor coloring or marking changes.Any changes that are not minor will come with an additional charge. Examples of this would be an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that will cause me to have to redraw the artwork.If you have provided an unclear reference, you are not allowed to request for minor changes without an additional fee. To prevent extra fees, please be sure to know what you want beforehand.


V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the art piece that I create. Because of this, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself on any site and any physical location.
- Publish books with.
- Display and post anywhere to my liking.The commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off of it in any way).
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price. With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. Use it in books, on clothing, as props, change it to your liking, and promote your own brand with.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.


VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and be refund the money for your commission at any time.Once the art piece is finished, you are not allowed to cancel your order.If money has been sent before the completion of the art piece and you need to cancel, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on how far along I am with the art piece.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.Credit to Yamio on Deviant Art for the TOS reference.

Here you will find my prices and the types of art I do. Prices are subject to change.

Chest Up - $25+

Waist Up - $40+

Full Body - $50+

Emotes- $15+

Reference Sheets - $80+

Basic reference sheets include a front and back view with a name, bio (includes any descriptions of your choice), and color palette. Basic reference sheets are $80. Complex characters will have an additional charge depending on complexity.Additions+$5 (or more) - a singular close up of a body part, inquire about pricing
+$5 (or more) - a set of props or clothing, inquire about pricing
+$10 (or more) - complex designs, inquire about pricing
+$15 - a singular emote, inquire about pricing for multiple
+$20 - a singular full body side view

Additional Items

Rush OrdersIf you need art done within a specific time period, I do rush orders for an additional charge. These are not done often and will only be done If I have the time to complete your commission within your requested time period.If you need your art piece done within:5 to 7 days - +$10
3 to 5 days - +$20
1 to 2 days - +$30

Backgrounds
Simple backgrounds such as sparkles and smoke can be added for free. I am unfortunately unable to create complex backgrounds at this time.HOWEVER...
I am open for experimenting and trying backgrounds. If you are interested in this, please be aware that I am a novice when it comes to creating backgrounds and the end result may not be perfect. The price for me attempting a background will start at $5. The price may change by a few bucks if I feel a large amount of work is required to achieve your desired results. An example of what I can do is below.

Lineless Art StyleYou've probably seen that a handful of my art is lineless. I still do lineless art! However, I don't do it as often, as it takes more time and effort to complete. If you would like your art to be lineless, the following prices will be added to your item's total.Chest Up - +$5
Waist up - +$7

Here you will find examples of my art. I do mostly lined art with simple hard shading at the moment. However, let me know if you would be comfortable with me experimenting new forms of shading on your art piece! I also do lineless work, but not as often as I used to.

3D Textures - Please Read Below

Before commissioning me, please acknowledge that I am relatively NEW to texture making. I am still in the learning process and am not confident enough in my skills to advertise my availability. If you are wanting a 3D texture commissioned, feel free to message me and I will see what I can do.I am currently being taught by Zebban who is an incredible avatar maker, but I can still unintentionally make mistakes. I will perform to the best of my abilities and work with you to complete your texture.Prices
Starting at $40.Prices will vary depending on complexity. You will not be charged for troubleshooting, mistake correcting, or any learning I will be doing during the time of making your texture.

Ello there!My name is Vel Belle, otherwise known as Vel.I'm a 28 year old East Coast based artist with a passion for 2D digital art inspired by Disney. I am self taught, but wish to eventually take an art class (or two) and improve on my anatomy. I also love to play Overwatch, Palworld, and VR Chat during my down time whilst sipping on a fresh cup of iced coffee.At the moment, art is my hobby that I dabble with in my free time. Since I have a full time job irl taking up a good portion of my time, I am currently focusing on smaller projects and am not taking on many bigger projects at the moment.
